OUR CENTRIFUGE PURIFIER/  ONE MICRON FUEL CLEANING AND POLISHING UNIT IS CAPABLE OF PURIFYING DIESEL, GASOLINE, HYDRAULIC OILS, AND MANY OTHER FLUIDS AND REMOVE CONTAMINANTS FROM THE TANK AT THE SAME TIME.


By accessing the tank through the access plate or sender unit we can drop a tube to the dead bottom of the tank which is our intake line. Being directly at the bottom of the tank is the preferred setup because this is where water and dirt will be. The fuel is then moved between 18 gallons per minute to as high as 50 gallons a minute depending upon the application  and sent  to the filtration unit.......



Here we can see the access hatch open and the sender removed on a gasoline boat . The wand is on the bottom of the tank and is drawing gasoline from the bottom where contaminants are .  Being dead bottom  where the sender access puts you in the tank pan and the tank baffles DO NOT interfere with the cleaning process.  We can also access tanks through the pick up tube or directly down the filler neck if possible. The fuel is then brought by pump into the filter housing.....
We use Centrifuge purification process in the first stage of of fuel cleaning  and then the second stage is( actual fuel polishing )  the same filtration used by NASA  and
to clean the fuel for the  Tomahawk Cruise Missle.
The diagram shows  the flow of fuel and illustrates that fuel can not bypass the filter and must pass through the whole filter prior to returining to tank.
This is a depth type absorbant filter instead of pleated paper and can remove virtually all water and contaminants such as silt , varnish , rust, algae and many more. We therefore purify your fuel first and then send it to our fuel polishing unit as a second stage . We could never get the amazing clean fuel results without purifying the fuel prior to fuel polishing.!!!!!!!

Fuel is then sent back to the fuel tank through the filler neck or sender access and a vortex is created in the tank from the high volume of fuel moving 18-50 gal per minute removing contaminants in the tank bottoms, sides , and corners. At the same the fuel is being purified  .

Here is the waste can used ....clearly you can see it has appx 4 gallons of fuel and the lower (darker) 5 inches are pure dirt and varnish removed from the gasoline powered twin 454 cid engines. This   boat now has clean fuel tanks and clean fuel.
If you have a gasoline powered boat that sits over the winter , has little use you may have a similar contamination in your fuel tanks that resembles this fuel can.
